I’m in Manas now on my way home, should be there in less than a week!
The team that replaced us is interested in keeping this blog going. Once they get settled in and rolling they’ll start posting here. It’ll be nice to keep up with what’s going on in the province and I know some of you still have family there in JBad. So just because I’m coming home don’t delete this site from your favorites!

Thank you for all you have done by keeping us at home informed and may you have a safe and speedy return home. Your site became aware to us when we lost our dear friend Norman Cain and this site helped us to have a better understanding of your team, all of your efforts and all of your bravery. God Bless and may the new team continue this site so we can share our support and prayers with them as well.

Good luck, and have a great rest of your career. We (the incoming team) will do our very best to keep this site well maintained, and hopefully, even more people will see what this “war” is really all about over here.
Godspeed, my friend.

Hey man good website. I am an AF guy and I will be heading to J’Bad doing what you were doing. Could you send me an email with any tips on what to bring with me or things I should prepare for while I am there and training? I have LOTS of questions. Thanks
